"Design is not, is being" - María Ledesma
Graphic design as a discipline is mutating through the years and times because it is a social responsibility to communicate to people, as María Ledesma says, “design is not, it is being”. This is where design comes in, being responsible for getting informed, analyzing and then visually channeling what you
want to communicate. Finally, I think it is interesting to understand graphic design as a universal language that allows crossing barriers, sometimes even cultural ones, uniting and harmonizing different societies through visual communication.
